New Water & Sewer Rates Notice:
ity Council approved a rate increase for water and wastewater on April 23rd, 2024.
The wastewater rate will increase by 7.1%. This increase will go into effect starting May 1st, 2024.
On March 30, 2024, the City of Houston notified the City of Spring Valley Village that the water and wastewater rate paid by the City would be increasing as of April 1, 2024. The increase to the City’s rates would recoup the increased charges from the City of Houston.
